Scared of the Dentist?

We understand that many patients suffer angst or trepidation when visiting the dentist. Even sitting in the waiting room can cause fear in many people. Others are afraid of the needle used to administer a local anaesthetic. We take your fears seriously; we understand how you feel.

A mouthInhalation Sedation (Gas & Air)
Our dentists can administer Inhalation Sedation to children and adults. This is a mixture of oxygen and nitrous oxide. The effect is calming and relaxing and it can be administered prior to the local anaesthetic and throughout the procedure and represents an ideal means of making the dental treatment completely pain and stress free.

A woman relaxingIntravenous Sedation
Our sedation dentists can administer intravenous sedation. A drug is introduced via a vein which removes all fear and anxiety, relaxing the patient and making them less aware of surroundings.

All treatments are carried out and patients recover in a relaxing environment with very little or no memory of the procedure.
